Twenty years ago, a very good friend John Huddy introduced me to golf travel, sales and marketing.  He instilled in me this passion for golf travel that has remained with me over these many years. 

I began working for John when he owned the Colorado branch of Golf Holidays and what a joy it was working with him and Molly. 

When he retired to the beautiful surrounds of Fancourt (home to the Presidents Cup 2003) in South Africa I moved to Classic Golf Tours where my second passion became evident – Scotland and Ireland!  My fascination of these two golfing destinations along with my knowledge of South Africa (I was born there) – completed this twenty year odyssey! 

During this period I have seen my son and daughter grow from children to teenagers to married adults – I was even presented recently with my first granddaughter – what a joy! My husband of thirty years is my constant companion and advisor and is largely responsible for me getting to the point at which I am. 

One of my fondest memories is of our family Botswana safari where we camped nightly under an unbelievable African sky with the sounds of the bush around us. My son exited his tent to take care of a call of nature and almost came face to face with the largest bull elephant he had ever seen!  The following day we witnessed the size of the pachyderm by the size of it’s foot prints around the tent and my son’s hastily “written message in the sand”.  I love the South African bush and game parks and would recommend a trip to anyone wishing to experience it.  I truly believe this would be a trip of a lifetime along with golf on some world renowned golf courses. 

I am surrounded by a very special group of talented and dedicated people who are my mentors - my thanks go to Bill O’Connor of Travel Square One for his undivided attention to detail and being my sounding board in this start up phase of Golf Dream Vacations and I am privileged to be associated with him and all at Travel Square One.    

I hope I may share the passion I have for golf in South Africa, Scotland and Ireland with you and that you allow me to plan your next Golf Dream Vacation.  I hasten to add that these are not my only golf destinations - I can plan golf for you anywhere in the world – France, South America, China, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Mexico, Hawaii and Caribbean – to name just a few world golf destinations.
